Cordicel Consulting’s professional staff work under the direction of the Principals, Mr Luckson Chirwa and Ms Maurine Ngwira-Chirwa, both act as the Engagement Team Leaders and also as working members of the team. While Cordicel Consulting draws upon specialised services from a wide range of associates, it actively seeks opportunities to affiliate and form strategic partnerships with credible local and international firms, organisations and individuals to promote skills transfer and to increase the professional management consulting capabilities within Southern Africa, especially in the previously disadvantaged communities.
